Returns Policy
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky, especially regarding clothing items that may not fit as expected once you receive them. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we offer all customers the option to return the item to us within 30 days for a store credit to an equal value of the full purchase price (excluding shipping). All shipping costs associated with returning/ exchanging an item will be borne in this instance by the customer.
Please note:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale or clearance items (no exceptions).
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Any goods returned to us must be in the original condition, tags attached with no signs of wear or damage. All returns are inspected upon receipt and any damaged items will be returned to the buyer at their expense and no store credit or exchange will be offered.
All returns/ exchanges must comply with the above criteria (no exceptions).
DAMAGED/ FAULTY ITEMS
All products sold by Kalamandala are quality inspected and tested prior to shipment, however in the event a customer receives a damaged item or there is a legitimate quality issue involving a purchase, we offer customers the option of a full refund. The following conditions apply:
• We must be notified via email that there is an issue within 7 days of the customer receiving delivery.
• Within 7 days of delivery refers to your Australia Post tracking number being marked DELIVERED.
• In this event we will cover all associated shipping costs.
• All claims for faulty/ damaged items are assessed on an individual basis and are at the sole discretion of Kalamandala.
• Please email our customer service team at support@kalamandala.com.au with some attached photos or a short video identifying the issue if a refund is to be requested.
Customers, please note that since most of our items are individually handmade there will be variations in measurements of up to 2.5% on some items. This is NOT considered a fault and refunds would not be issued in this instance.
Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our products, there will be slight variations in colour settings on computer monitors and mobile devices that may not accurately depict the item’s true colour. This is NOT considered a fault and refunds would not be issued in this instance.
